[Ponte Alto] Pennsic War pre-reg ends June 17

I just registered and received confirmation.  The count down timer now
indicates 6/21.  I know it was 6/18 because I check a few days ago.
Anyway, if you've waited until the last minute do it now or your designated
group won't benefit from land allotment.
