[Ponte Alto] Scribal and A&S night moved to 1 February

Good Morning to the Scribes and A&S folks of Ponte Alto!

   As the business meeting has been postponed, I think it is wise to do the
same for Scribal and A&S night.

   The house may be accessible but there is absolutely no where to park.
