*December Newcomer’s Meeting & Baronial Cookie Bake-off / Cookie Exchange *



*When:  12/11/15*

*Time: 7 PM to 10PM*

*Newcomer's meetings are open to everyone, and are socials.  No garb is
required.  Bring a project to work on come hang out, meet members of the
Barony and have some snacks.  Please note, you are not required to
participate in the Cookie Bake-off to attend.  We have simply combined the
events.  **If you are lost or need directions Lady Saidhbhin (Sah-been)
cell is 417-763-6871.*



*Not ADA accessible-- one or two steps into the house, but full set of
stairs to where the restroom facilities are.*



*Parking:  Is on street, be mindful that there is drainage areas and no
curbing directly in front of the house, you may want to park slightly down
the street where there is sidewalk and curbing.  Since it will be dark when
you arrive we don't want anyone to end up stuck.*



*Allergy alert: two small Dogs on site, but will be put away for the night*

*Cookie Bake-off & Exchange Information:*


*Lady Armegaerdj Sigursdottir from The Shire of Roxbury Mill was last
year's Champion.  She will be hosting the following competitions for fun
and prizes:  Best Overall Cookies - decided by popular vote of all those
present*

*              Best French Inspired Cookie - she will be privately judging
this competition*


*To participate you must do the following:*

*      1. Bring 3 dozen cookies for each entry - yes you can enter more
than one cookie*

*      2. Bring a type ingredient list to be display with your entry - this
is for allergen alert purposes *

*      3. Be willing to have fun and taste test other people's cookies*


*Not required but if you would like to bring 10 copies of your recipe to
share.*
