Good morning,

To register with Caer Mear, use this form: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/11sqga1bh9MCv339lK4M5QYB1j7AzjCrzgt7gYTukg3A/viewform?c=0&w=1 There will be a place to indicate if you're paying through your bank's online bill pay, or if you're sending a personal check through the mail.

Or, you can print out this form ( http://caermear.atlantia.sca.org/Ruby/Registration.pdf ) and send it in with your personal check. The address is listed on the form.

I would like to beg a ride, if I may. In exchange I will pay for all gas for the trip. I will also be bringing breads and cheeses for the potluck, along with my current mead for any adult who wishes to partake.

In service,

Lady Rúnfríðr Hofmansdottir
DMoAS, Baronial Brewer
Barony of Ponte Alto

Per saltire vert and azure, in pale two cups Or and in fess two ravens close respectant argent

Hi - everyone is responding to the list - which isn't what should be happening.

If you are going to Ruby and you are camping with the Barony - go to this link http://pontealto.atlantia.sca.org/ruby/notify.php and register your tent and your people.

Then you need to notify the autocrat or the land agent for Caer Mear when you pre-register that you are camping with Ponte Alto.

Thanks!

Unto the Barony of Ponte Alto,

If anyone is planning on going please let me know, the land assignments are based on people planing to attend but is not as coordinated or stringent as Pennsic.

In the past we have had a potluck dinner on Saturday night. If people are interested please respond and post what you would like to bring.

Thanks,
-Drogo
