[Ponte Alto] Pre-Pennsic Fighter Authorizations

To all that wish to fight at Pennsic, you are running out of time to be
authorized.  However, I was asked to relay the following information to
everyone looking to get authorized....   The Barony of Lochemere will be
having authorizations at their July 7th Fighter Practice.  For more
