[Ponte Alto] Reminder - Business Meeting is this Sunday 5/18

Once again - reminding everyone that the Baronial Business Meeting will be
this Sunday 5/18  at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 7426 Idylwood Rd, Falls
Church, VA 22043.

Any officer that cannot make the business please email a report to both
myself and Lady Theresa (*chronicler AT pontealto.atlantia.sca.org

I ask that you email them BEFORE the 6pm meeting start time, that way I can
read your report into the meeting minutes.

Also for those that are interest and available to attend their will be a
Pot-luck lunch held in conjunction with the Sunday afternoon fighter
practice. This will be at Tysons-Pimmit Park from 12:00 to 4:00 PM.

The Pot-luck luncheon will be a recurring event and will always take place
on the Sunday of the Baronial Business meeting except July which will be
cancelled due to conflict with Pennsic.  Weather permitting of course.
