Sorry you had so much difficulty, Donna. From your description, it sounds
like the radio buttons may have been hidden, either by the size of your
monitor, or your screen resolution. Try holding the Ctrl key while at the
same time pressing the 'minus' key. The image should shrink and more of the
screen will come into view. That's the extent of my knowledge; if that
doesn't work then it's probably something more complicated.
