[Ponte Alto] Important Information for Chalice of the Sun God

Good day,
 
The company that runs the site for tomorrow's event has booked an auction that will be in a barn on the Fairgrounds. There will be some minor incoveniences for our populace.  
--The Fairgrounds Event Coordinator told me that there will be signs for SCA parking, so please follow those.  
 
--With an increase in auto traffic, the gravel roads on-site could be busy.  Please keep tabs on your children, especially the little ones.
 
--Chalice event staff will need to "rope off" portions of our set-up for safety and to keep mundanes from wandering into some areas.  You might need to walk a little farther to get to an opening.

Also of note:
* Dame Morwenna will be giving a Newcomer's Class twice during the day under a pavilion on the list field. If you've been in te SCA for less than two years, or are a long-timer who'd like a refresher, please stop by for this wonderful presentation.
 
* Baron Bardulf will be taking photographs upstairs in Sykes Hall during the day.
 
* There are 9 feast spaces available as of this morning.  We will have space for off-board (bring your own food) in the Hall.
 
* Stop by Sykes Hall to view the incredible A&S projects and watch Bardic/Performance competitions.
 
* Site fees are:
Adult member: $15
Adult non-member: $20
Youth (5-17): $7.00
Child (0-4): Guests of the Barony
Feast: $8.00
