[Ponte Alto] Front Page Rearranged

In an effort to make the most useful information appear higher on our
barony's front page, I have done some minor reconfiguration and
rearrangement on the main page of the site.  This is important to you if
you check that page to get the date and site of upcoming Newcomers'
Meetings, as the Monthly Activities section has been moved up to just below
the "Welcome" section, which has been reduced in size.

Hopefully all will find this to be an agreeable and helpful change!
