Or, how do I get the most “bang for the buck” from a limited amount of
fabric?

This challenge is designed to see how creatively you can use a small amount
of fabric to create accessories, to best show off the fabric and coordinate
with an outfit. You will also be required to fabricate a backstory, for how
your challenge persona acquired the lovely fabric.

Your definition of “luxury fabric” may be sheer silk, while another
person’s may be velvet or brocade, or even embroidered cotton. The purpose
for this challenge is to push your creativity, not to bleed your
pocketbook.
