At Crown Tournament on Saturday, Their Majesties Michael and Seonaid held a
Curia before the Tourney.  They announced a proposed change to Law regarding
Symbols of Rank and stated that it would be available online for review and
commentary.

I am pleased to announce that the proposed Policy changes and a Frequently
Asked Questions document which was distributed along with them are now
available at http://atlantia.sca.org/rank.php.  This document is also linked
from the announcements section of the Atlantian front page.

Your feedback on these proposed changes is welcomed and should be sent to
feedback at atlantia.sca.org.  All feedback will be considered and could affect
the final version that is implemented as Kingdom Law.
