[Ponte Alto] Pennsic Toddler Girl (mine) and 3 yo boy garb help!!!

In a pinch last year a friend made bog dresses for her toddler out of pillow
cases, she cut the top seam, folded it over to the right length for the
child and used diaper pins to hold the shoulders in place and used ribbon as
a belt. It was adorable, cheap, quick and easy.
