 Greetings-

Maybe I can offer some clarity :-) as this e-mail has several parts

1)Ladies of the Rose are asked to RSVP

2) If you want to help run the Tourney, please contact Her Majesty

3) If you wish to participate in the Tourney; however, do not have a sponsored Lady of the Rose, Diamond, Edelweiss,etc. for the tourney please contact Her Majesty and She will place you on a list.  Then if a Lady of the Rose, Diamond, Edelweiss,etc does not have a heavy and/or rapier for the tourney...Her Majesty can pull from the list of volunteers.

Good day to you all,
I would like to 
take this opportunity to invite any Ladies of the Rose, Diamond, Edelweiss,
etc. who will be present at the 
Pennsic War to attend the Knowne Worlde Ladies of the Rose Tourney.
The Tourney will take place on Thursday of War Week, at 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm at
the Atlantian Pavilion on the Battlefield.
Each Lady of the Rose will be asked to enter one Heavy and one Rapier 
fighter.  We are asking that the fighters be unbelts and non White 
Scarfs. 

If you will not have fighters 
available from your own Kingdoms, but would like to participate, please 
let me know and we will be happy to match you up with fighters for the 
Tourney.
The Tourney will be run either as a double elimination or as a Bedford 
Points depending on the number of fighters entered.  The Heavy and 
Rapier lists will run concurrently.
If you know of any Marshals who would be willing to assist, their help would
be greatly appreciated.
If you are an Unbelted Heavy Fighter or a Non-White Scarf Rapier fighter and
would like to be available as a fighter for any ladies who need a
representative, please contact me and I will keep a running list.

There will be shade from the pavilions and some refreshments available, but
please bring your own seating.
Ladies are invited to bring tokens to present to fighters throughout the
day, or tokens for other Roses present.
I realize this is a last minute invitation, but we are hoping you will be
able to attend.
Please cross-post this missive to any Rose lists, Peerage lists, Kingdom
lists, etc.
If you can, please RSVP to queen at atlantia.sca.org.  No one will be turned 
away the day of, but it will help with planning to have some idea of
numbers.
