[Ponte Alto] Fighter Practice

Some of them I wonder if they even make an effort to recruit. Which is the life blood of the SCA. It would also be nice if they wanted to learn new melee tactics.

It's unfortunate that even the upper level un-belts don't see the value in helping bring up the less skilled fighters.

Naw they wont come out any earlier than one month before Pennsic. You will only see the regulars. The weather is to perfect, and beside they are too good to need to pratice. I do wish it was different (sigh).

Greetings Pontoons!


Sunday is forecasted to be perfect weather for fighter practice. The past few Sundays have likewise been decent for fighting, but have seen scant few fighters on the field.   


Wouldn't it be great if a barony of this size could field a number of fighters on a routine Sunday practice that would be proportional to the size of the barony? 


This isn't meant as a challenge, but I'm willing to take any lumps and bruises that come my way as a result. 


I look forward to crossing swords in friendly combat and camaraderie.
