[Ponte Alto] Current Chalice champions in the Marshal arts

Helga is an authorized adult fighter now and can no longer fight youth.  (Given that there have been no others in her division either of the last two years, I doubt it'll be an issue.)  She should be there, and plans to fight, but as an adult.
