[Ponte Alto] Calendar of events...

Hi all,
Calendar issues...  At the last scriptorium, we talked as a group and have changed the dates for our Scriptorium.  We will now be doing the Ponte Alto scriptorium at my house on the 1st and 3rd Mondays, and at Enequy's house on the 2nd and 4th Mondays.  We'll leave the 5th week up in the air for now and see how things go.  That can be added to the calendar.  I'd do it myself, but I'm never on the computer anymore!  (Im just a figment of your imagination while you read this...)

Because our Baronial Meetings are so late in the month and we publish the first week of the following month, I am dual dating the Il Tempo. We will still publish 12 issues but the content covered will cover the last month and the prior month on the calendar of events, so that content is still fresh and up to date. Meaning with the last issue we publish Jan/February at the very end of its term. Now I must turn around and publish the February/March issue at the beginning of its term -- i.e., a week after our Baronial Meeting. What this means for me as the Chronicler and you as the Populace is that the calendar for the month of February will be addressing the later half of the month as will the minutes of the Baronial meeting but all other information will be geared for the last part of prior month and the whole of the following month. To that end, I need information now for all of March. If you have something you want on the
 calendar or something has changed like New Comers meetings date to meet, which float, please let me know as soon as possible. I can be reached at this email. For this month i need information within the next two days so i can finish up the Feb/March issue of the Il Tempo. I know this is rushed and I apologize but I have a limited time to turn around the Il Tempo once the Baronial Meeting happens. Thank you for your understanding and I hope to hear from you all soon.
