Greetings to all,

 The Tournament of Love and Beauty is on for Saturday, February 20th,
it’s to be a beautiful sunny day with highs near 40 degrees
(there are electrical plugs in the barn so space heaters can be used
as long as they are supervised),
it’s time for friends long trapped by the snow to gather and visit one
another, a Royal Progress event,
enjoyable tournaments to watch and participate in, a delicious
luncheon to enjoy, and plus fun children's activities.
To top it off an utterly marvelous feast is to be prepared by Baroness
Graciela and Lord Brénainn.

Event Schedule:

8:00 AM - Set-up Begins: Merchants set-up

9:30 AM- Site Opens

10:00 AM Authorization and Sign-In Opens

A&S Sign-up; Please have entries signed in by 12:00PM.

Merchants area open

10:30 AM - Tournament of Love and Beauty Procession and Tournament Begins

11:30 PM - 1:30 PM Lunch is being sold in main hall

12:00 PM - 2:30 PM Children's Corner

4:00 PM - Toll Gate Closes

4:00 PM A&S and Merchant Clean-up/Court Set-up

4:30 PM - Royal and Baronial Court

6:00 PM - Feast

9:00 PM - Clean-up begins

10:00 PM - Site Closes
