Greetings Pontoons,
 
I’m looking for non-smoking roommate to share furnished Cape Cod-style house in 
Arlington.  Female roommate preferred.  No additional pets: one gentle cat 
already in home.  Bedroom can be unfurnished or nicely furnished at slightly 
higher rate.  House has large, but cozy back garden, is located near Route 50 
and George Mason (near the National Foreign Affairs Training Center), and has an 
unfinished basement with laundry facilities and storage space.  Rent is $900 per 
month.  Maid service included, but utilities are not.  Lease term is flexible, 
but no less than 6 months. Guestroom also available.  Available in January.
