[Ponte Alto] Chalice request for help

Hi Bel,
Ok... so the baby has come and I will be at Chalice.  My plan is to come Friday night with all of the archery stuff I have and set it all up. Baron Janthos is bringing archery targets also, but I don't know when he's coming.
I plan on staying the night Friday and possibly Saturday but I didn't pre-register since I didn't know what was going on w/the baby.  Is there room in the staff cabins?  I'd appreciate it.

Greetings to the Barony,

As Chalice of the Sun God approaches, I would like to take the opportunity to make one last call for help from the Barony.  Last Baronial business meeting several folks volunteered for various tasks, but I am still in need of the following:

1.  A couple of parking attendants during the morning rush, to help our Parking Goddess, the fabulous Lady Sorcha de Glys.  No one has volunteered for that, and we could use the help.

2.  A couple more waterbearers to assist the good Lady Wulfwynn and her crew.

3.  We have already a crew for setting up Friday evening.  However, many hands make a task light.  If you would like to show up and lend a hand, we will be happy to see you.  If you like to decorate, we also have a job for you.

4.  If you like waking up early, especially if you are staying in a cabin overnight, we could use a couple of extra hands early Saturday morning setting up the list fence, which will be arriving early that day.

5.  Our head Troll, the excellent Master Tirloch, would love to hear from you too.

6.  Servers at feast.  Should you wish to help, we will be delighted to hear from you.

7.  Cleaning after feast Saturday evening.  Like I said before, many hands make a task light.  If you are staying for feast, please consider volunteering helping clean up.  We are hurting for people for that.

8.  Cleanup Sunday morning.  We could still use a couple of extra hands.
