[Ponte Alto] Menu Update for Chalice of the Sun God

Greetings,

In behalf of our head cook, please find below an update to the feast menu for Chalice of the Sun God VI: Leda's Twins, which will take place this incoming weekend, September 18-20.  

The main change is the replacement of the venison roast for chicken.  (We wanted to have a venison roast, but Bambi had other ideas.)  On the other hand, for you venison lovers, the appetizer venison sausage remains in the menu.

Also, please remember that this year we will not be selling lunch.  However there are fast food places near the site.

Intermezzo

Roast chicken served with choice of cherry compote or mustard sauce *
Peas in mint sauce
Peas in garlic sauce
Carrots and parsnips in carmelized garlic sauce
Semolina bread 

Dessert Course

Pear and apple pie
Cow's milk cheese
Goat's milk cheese
Honey nut candy
