[Ponte Alto] Armored tourney formats for Chalice of the Sun God (please crosspost)

Greeting to the list from the MiC for Chalice of the Sun God, Baron Marcellus Capoziello da Napoli.

In honor of the Chalice theme of "Leda's Twins", there will be two tournaments for Armored Combat.  The first tournament will be to determine who will challenge the current Chalice Armored Champion, Duke Valhalric.  The format will be a standard double elimination.

After completion of the first tournament, there will be a break and the Youth Armored Tourney will be run.

The second tournament will be for only those fighters who are members of teams for the Chalice Team Competition.  It will be a 30 minute bear pit, with points awarded for wins only, and the three-wins-and-out and wounds retained rules in effect.  For those who are not members of a Chalice team, there will be a second pit open for your amusement.  After conclusion of the second tournament, the field will be open for pick-ups until 3:30 PM when the Chalice Champion bouts will be fought.
