[Ponte Alto] Pennsic Archery Moving to a New Location

Pennsic Archery Moving to New Location Due to insurance concerns raised by
the management of Cooper's Lake Campground, the Archery Range is being moved
to a new field above the B Blocks. Transportation will be provided to the
new site via bus route.

The top of Mount Eislinn is bordered on the back by private property. The
concern is that the archery netting, not being 100% effective and not
covering 100% of the range presents a clear hazard. Other factors that came
into this decision is that during and after inclement weather it can be
impossible for transportation and EMS services to reach the top of Mt.
Eislinn.

The new Archery Range is in a somewhat remote area of Cooper's Lake with no
camping around it. The closest private property is a field away and is a
cornfield. This Archery Range will not need netting. Pennsic is also
purchasing a new 40-foot storage trailer for the Archery staff, and
upgrading their communication equipment.
