[Ponte Alto] Curia announcement

This is a heads up about the change in the No Conflict rule. At Curia,
the rule was changed from 100 to 150 miles and will go into effect when
it is published in the Acorn.The rule that changed is 6.2.2.2 in
Kingdom Law. 

When
you go to spike an event, be aware of not only events happening in VA,
but events that may be happening in MD as well. You could easily
be in conflict with them under these new rules. 

I ask you be flexible and try to work things out
with the other group first.
