[Ponte Alto] Sapphire Joust Fighter/Combatant Plans and Needs

All:

If you are planning on fighting or authorizing at Sapphire Joust,  
please let me know your plans and needs (see below -- you can reply to  
this email simply putting a "Yes", "No" or your specific needs on the  
line for each Need or Plan).

If you not planning on doing either, we would love to have any and  
everybody support the combattants in any way they might be able --  
logistics support, moral support and cheering, etc... (please note  
that a cheering section can help us gain points during the St. Aiden's  
Heraldry melee tourney).  If you have unit-oriented heraldry, please  
be sure to bring it with you, as the more pageantry we have on the  
field, the more "heraldry points" we gain for the St. Aiden's melee  
tourney!

The more information we have about who has different needs, the more  
we can ensure that folks bring spare equipment, tabards, etc...; and  
the more information we have about whom is participating in which  
events, the better able we are at planning our melee teams, supporting  
our novices in the novice tourneys and authorizations, etc...

I look forward to your responses so that we can best prepare for these  
exciting events and put forward our best showing and most effective  
teams!
