Are they kidding?

Where haven't you seen a water fountain at a park, school, stadium, or  
other public or private event or facility.

This is what we're spending our time at?  Undoing instead of doing?   
Shouldn't they just craft a nice addition to the waiver that everyone  
signs so that we'd have ourselves covered... or maybe draft an SCA- 
wide waterbearing safety policy so the Society would be covered by  
having a policy in-place?

Sheesh.
