[Ponte Alto] Update on the Condition of Sir Michael San Severe

Sir Michael San Severe (the former West Kingdomer, Caidan, Los Angeles  
Cop, and current U.S. Marshall who moved to Ponte Alto in Atlantia a  
year or two ago) was struck low on Tuesday by an Aortic Rupture.

Tuesday Michael's aorta had a tear (Aneurysm) from his heart to his  
leg.  Quite fortunately he was very close to a medical facility.  They  
performed a 6.5 hour surgery and applied a synthetic graft to repair.   
Wednesday afternoon they did a second surgery to clean and close his  
chest (which they left open after the first surgery to monitor things  
and prepare for the second procedure while keeping him in an induced  
coma).  The Doctors said that with the second surgery, Michael's  
greatest danger was passed and his prognosis was very significantly  
improved.

He should've been taken off the respirator tonight some time.  I am  
hoping to hear back from Barb soon and will again update folks when I  
hear more.  He is currently at a Hospital in Jacksonville Florida  
where he was at a training session for work.  For those that know him  
and might be interested, Barb is asking folks not to send flowers or  
such there because he is not allowed to receive them.
