[Ponte Alto] February Newcomers Meeting

Welcome to Ponte Alto Gary,

The newcomers meetings are rather well attended by members of the barony as 
a chance to chat as well.  I have been to a couple where we didn't actually 
have any newcomers show up.  We still had fun.
