[Ponte Alto] Holiday Cookie Exchange and Bakeoff

Holiday greetings again from your humble Scottish Christmas Elf.
 
Fighting the crowds got you down?  Getting a case of the blahs because of the short days?  Need a party after Unevent?  Have I got the solution to all of your problems.
 
This Saturday, December 6, I will be hosting a cookie exchange/bakeoff.  Put your baking skills to the test.  Bring 4 dozen cookies and a container to take some home in.  One dozen cookies or so will be for eating at the party, the remaining cookies will be for swapping.  Don't forget too that this is also a contest.  Everyone will be able to vote for their favorite cookie.  The prizes will include the King Arthur Flour Cookie Companion, Black Cocoa Powder, a selection of Vanilla's from Madagascar, Papua New Guinea, Uganda, and Mexico, and a set of Kitchen Aide Cook for the Cure mixing bowls and spatula.
 
Don't forget, save room for the cookies.  No filling up on dinner.
