[Ponte Alto] Lochmere Baker's Guild reminder

Reminder that the first meeting of the Lochmere's Baker's Guild (LBG)
Will meet on Thursday at 7pm (May 17th) at my house in Odenton.

1301 Tenbrook Road
Odenton, MD 21113

I will have sample loafs for trying of "what happens if I..." which we will
then discuss.

Planned samples include:

All "bread flour" (ye old standard loaf)
All "All purpose flour"
No salt added
No sugar added
Add Rye flour
Add Oat flour
Add an egg
Use milk instead of water
Kneed the bread for only 2-3 minutes
Bake immediately after punchdown
Bake after a 15 min rise after punchdown

Good thing I'm only making mini loaves!

I will be baking Thursday morning if anyone wants to come and help :)
