Sew'n'Vac is the store which I swear by.  They have
done a good job of servicing my 23 year old Singer
over the past 5 years.  The prices are reasonable,
too.  I don't know how they do with high end machines
(i.e. Pfaff or Bernina), but they do a great job with
machines with fewer electronics.
