[Ponte Alto] FW: Pennsic Pre-Registration

Greetings from your Pennsic Land Agent,

We currently have pre-registered  21 campers and 3 ghosts for Pennsic
according to the Pennsic 35 Web Page.  However, we only have 17 campers (3
of them ghosts) who have registered with the Barony.  This means that 7
people have not registered on the Baronial Web Page to date.  It is
important that you do register with the Barony so I will have the
information necessary to organize the encampment and can ensure we will have
room for everyone this year.  Here is the list of campers that have
registered with the Barony:

If you name does not appear above and you have registered with the Copper's
for Pennsic, please go to the Baronial Web Page (link below) and do so.  A
reminder to all, that there is a 75 square foot give back to the encampment.
This means that you only have 175 square feet per person for your tent.  If
you see any red numbers in the overrun column on the Campers Web Page by
your name, it means you do not purchased enough space to cover your tent and
must do one of four things:

1.  Register a ghost or ghosts with the Coppers to cover your tent (Note:
there is no give back for ghosts so you will have the full 250 sq ft for
each ghost)
2.  Share a ghost and the cost of it with someone in our encampment
3.  Share your tent with someone or a group of someones until you have
enough land to cover your tent
4.  Lastly, find a smaller tent to sleep in at Pennsic.

Please realize that I have to be very firm on this point.  Our encampment is
currently only about 6,000 square feet in total as of today.  This is about
half the size it has been in years past so we do not have any extra room for
tent overages.  So please ensure you have enough space to cover your tent.

Just a reminder, Pennsic pre-registration ends in 13 days at Midnight on
June 15th.
If you plan on camping with the Barony you must pre-register in order to be
assigned land with us. Select Barony of Ponte Alto as your group on the
registration page.

You must also inform the land agent, Lord Miles de Locwode,
milesdelocwode at cox.net of your intentions and fill out the Barony
registration which can be found at:

If you are uncertain about attending, you may register to guarantee land.
You have the opportunity to cancel until July 31. You will be refunded your
costs less a $10 processing fee.
