Kevin -

Although I was not in attendance at the last meeting,
you mentioned my report & that of my lord, so I will
address your query.  

I cannot speak for either the Minister of Minors or
the Chatelaine, but the Rapier Marshal & the Minister
of A&S notified the Seneschal prior to the meeting
that they would not be in attendance due to family
obligations out of town.  I believe that the Seneschal
was also informed as to whom would be delivering those
reports prior to the meeting.  We also checked after
the meeting to ensure that the reports were, in fact,
delivered.
