[Ponte Alto] OT: Need new place around March

Looking for a room, or to split an apartment.  I have one Lab/Shepard mix, very old, no problem, a 16 gallon saltwater fish tank, and a little desk betta tank.  Looking to move in around March, mid-March, no sooner.  Not sure what I can afford as rent, as may have new job or promotion at old job, will let possible roommate know.  Nothing farther south than Stafford, VA, or more north than Fairfax please.  Maryland area ok, but not too far over the bridge.  Please email me off list if you know of anyplace or anyone that can take me, dog and fish.  Because of the dog's age, no second floor places please, she can't walk up that many stairs.
