[Ponte Alto] NOVA War List?

I would like to see what is going on to get the Northern Army War Machine going.
 
War is coming and the King put the word out at TOC. 
 
As one of his Knights it is my duty to see what I can do to assist to get things gong without stepping on the Baronial and Regonial Commanders and also the Baronial Coronets toes.
 
I am used to a more organized and structure and info getting out to the troops i sall and thought I might be missing something.

there is the councilnorth at yahoogroups.com group but it is not that active.
