[Ponte Alto] Reminder Sunday Melee practice

Just a reminder to all fighters that we are having the
second inaugural melee practice of the season this
Sunday.
Plan for at least an hour and a half for triads and
group practices. Some of the exercises will not
require full armour so if your is not full up to snuff
yet no worries.
Also the weather is going to be clear and cool!
Bring your spears and shields.
