[Ponte Alto] Event-planning meeting and Directions

Agnes,

The site is in Dun Carraig and if you remember the
Barony decided to:

a) Put a bid on our own if we found an alternate site
in Ponte Alto, and

b) See if we could come to an agreement with Dun
Carraig to co-host in their Hollywood site if we
didn't.

We could not find a site in Ponte Alto in such
shortness of notice, and after making a proposal to DC
and receiving a counter-proposal, we could not come to
an agreement that would be satisfactory for both
Baronies.  Therefore, Ponte Alto will not be
co-hosting 12th Night with Dun Carraig.

Dun Carraig, therefore, will be hosting 12th Night,
and is looking for another Barony that will meet their
conditions.  We are sure that they will find someone
soon.

Having said that, His Excellency and I would like to
encourage any Pontoon that might like to volunteer to
help our good neighbors in Dun Carraig make their
event a success.

More information on the subject will be available
tonight at the meeting.  The plan as it stands right
now, is to start the engines to plan an eventual 12th
Night or KASF for 2007.
