[Ponte Alto] The Atlantian Corps of Engineers (ACE) Wants You!

For now, this will suffice.

Quinn, the Society Marshal, has told us that the new
rules were now in force, but they have not been
published anywhere.  Since this will be an Atlantian
authorization, Atlantian published rules are still in
force here, at least so we can authorize people.

What I don't want to happen is for our fighters to be
prevented from manning an engine at Pennsic before
they don't have the SW authorizations in their cards. 


We will be showing you how to load and fire an engine,
and how to inspect it, at Assessments.
