Found this and wanted to pass it along. It is the online version of the booklet that will be passed out at Pennsic. For those who have attended in prior years, or for those whom this is your first visit, this is a good resource.

I would recommend reading it before you arrive so you may know what it contains. Now is when you have the time for reading and if needed you can use it for a reference if needed once on site.
