[Ponte Alto] volunteers for Performer's and Dance Symposium

Greetings, all.
 
Here are a few things that we will need volunteers to help out with at Symposium.  I'm going to send around sign-up sheets at the baronial meeting on Sunday.  If you won't be there, please let me know if you'd be willing to help out with any of this stuff.  Thanks!
 
- Troll - the more people we have, the shorter shifts people will have
- Set up Friday night - need a few people to help make sure the classrooms are set up, etc.
- Clean up Saturday night - just what it sounds like and the more the merrier
- Feast hall set up - the hall is going to be used for dance classes during the day, so we'll need some sturdy volunteers to help set up tables and chairs for feast shortly before it starts
- Children's Corner - Siobhán is looking for at least one other adult to help out between 1:30-4:30pm
 
Since feast is a single course, we'll just do the one person per table as servers thing.
 
Thanks for your help in making this another great event in Ponte Alto!
