will be based in Old Town Alexandria, VA and will report to the Director of
Marketing Resources.  

 

In this position, you will be responsible for:

 


Recruiting:


*        Source, identify, and pre-screen candidates for corporate and
regional offices

*        Recommend acceptable candidates for interview and consideration

*        Track and record all candidate referrals and ensure timely
communication 

*        Manage on-line job postings and advertisements

*        Maintain and update various recruiting databases and reports

*        Conduct reference checks on all acceptable candidates

*        Prepare all related correspondence to unsuccessful candidates and
ensure status is updated in various systems

 


Marketing Services:


*        Perform all necessary tasks to achieve successful placement of
qualified candidates with clients including coordinating and scheduling
candidate and client interviews

*        Work closely with Directors of Business Development to ensure
recruiting and staffing goals are met 

 

Job Qualifications and Skills:

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in human resources,
business administration or a related field is desired.  Proven leadership
and success in sourcing, recruiting, staffing and client interface with a
minimum of 3 of progressively responsible experience in these areas.
