Feast/Post-University Revel - October 2, 2004 - Barony of Storvik
There will be feast and dancing after the fall session of the University of Atlantia at the
University of Maryland campus in College Park, Maryland, to further enjoy the day of
educational enlightenment. It will be at St. Andrew's Church, 4512 College Avenue, just 2
blocks from the campus.
Fee: Site Fee $5, Feast $7. Children 6-12 half price, under 6 free. Non-member surcharge is $3.
Reservations may be sent to the autocrat, payable to the Barony of Storvik, SCA, Inc. Feast
limit is 80, only a quarter of the expected university attendance.
The menu for feast will be a Viking theme in honor of our name. Cooking will be Samara
Caitlyn of Elfwyne (Deborah Doyle), 4602 Weldon Drive, Temple Hills, MD 20748, 301-702-
2948, dldred at earthlink.net The feast will be served at 630 as the last class ends at 530. The
hall will be available during the afternoon, early arrivals can help set up tables. Site is wine
only.
Directions: Get on the Washington beltway (I-495) and go to Exit 25 at the top for Route 1. Go
south about 3 miles and you will see the campus on your right. There are 3 entrances, each with
a traffic light. Turn left at the third one onto College Avenue, by the Maryland Book Exchange.
The church will be one block ahead on the left. Turn left at the second street for the church
parking lot and entrance to the hall up the metal stairs.
