And the horse race won't necessarily be that long, 
either... having been in Piazza del Campo just last week, 
the area where the horses race isn't that big.

As to the Italian desserts competition - I encourage 
everyone to give it their best shot.  After two weeks of 
eating Tuscan food, I'm going to be a discerning judge... ;-
