Greetings,

For those of you who have signed up to help at Day at
the Races, particularly those of you who will be
helping to set up, decorate, and run troll, we will be
meeting at the parking lot on Saturday, November 13,
at 9:30 a.m.

The site opens at the same time as troll (10:00 a.m.),
and it will help if we are there early and strategize
so we can start as soon as they let us in.

There will be coffee and donuts. :-D

And I still need volunteers for clean-up.  Contact me
if you can do it.
