Hi All,
 
I cannot make tonights practice due to a rather exhausting two weeks.  I'm feeling run down and not up to the commute with armor.  I appoligise and promise to be at next Thursdays practice.  I'm sorry for disappointing you all this week, but I haven't got the energy to instruct.  Once again, I'm sorry and I'll see you all next week.

25 more days until I get my license back and counting.  I should be more consistant about fighting once June rolls around and I get my transportation back.  Thanks for understanding.
