Hi, Hon -

I'm not feeling well, so I will probably leave a
little early & go home to take a nap.  I will probably
be able to attend the last 1/2 hour or so of practice
& come to dinner, but I don't feel up to working out. 
Very achy & I have a pressure headache (of course, it
could be from dealing with Geoffrey yesterday -
grrrrrrr.)
