I also noticed (too late) that they (fabrics-store.com) are out of the ILO 19 unbleached, and that they only have the bleached.  It does not matter.  Bleached is fine too.  Unbleached looks more period but bleached linen beats the heck out of white trigger anyway (it breathes a lot better).
