[Ponte Alto] Did you authorize on Sunday July 25th at Ponte Alto's Fighter Practice Picnic?

Greetings Fighters,
   I spoke to Atlantia's Kingdom MoL, Lady Emma of Elandonan this morning.  
For those who authorized at Ponte Alto's Fighter Practice Picnic on July 25th, 
you authorization cards were mailed out this morning.  Thus you should have 
your new fighter card in the mail by Pennsic. Lady Emma has worked very hard to 
ensure that many fighters will be issued fighter cards before Pennsic.  
However if you do not receive your fighter card in the mail by Pennsic you can stop 
by and see her at the war.  She will be camping with the Barony of Sacred 
Stone located on N-7.  At her encampment will be a sign that tells you if the KMoL 
is in or out.  If she is in camp she can issue your fighter card at Pennsic.  

Congrats again to the 17 fighters who were authorized at Ponte Alto's Fighter 
Practice Picnic on July 25th & a safe journey to all who are traveling to the 
War.
