Greetings and Happy New Year,

The January 15 deadline for reports is around the corner.  In preparing
your year end report, please include the following information as I will be
reporting on these to Society at the request of the Society Seneschal.

    * Best estimate of nonmembers participating in your local
activities.  I can get actual membership from the member lists I receive
monthly.
    * Officers names and membership numbers/expirations.
    * Activities particularly Guilds, demos.
    * Events particularly kingdom events or bids placed this year.
    * Any particular problems encountered and the way they were
addressed.  (NMS compliance, membership, issues with officers,
conflicts????)
    * Any special accomplishments you or your branch have for the year.
    * Goals for 2004 and ideas for reaching them.

All reports should go to your regionals except Virginia should come
directly to me at the seneschal at atlantia.sca.org address.  I will be asking
for a compiled report with a paragraph on each branch from the regionals
due to me Feb 1.  Please do not cause your regional any stress on their
report by being late with your own :-)
