Nick,

Here is the link to the Lynn McMasters webpage.  She
sells very nice patterns for period hats.  I have no
idea what the one that you purchased at the Renn Faire
looks like, but this is a good source all the same.

If you wish more info on what kind of hat was worn
with which kind of outfit, in which period, let me
know.
