[Ponte Alto] Baronial Pollings

greetings miles, 

i'm a newbie to the local sca scene, and just signed up as
a member about a week or so ago.... so i have a few
questions:

* baronial polling? sounds like a questionnaire? a vote?
pls tell me more!

* and pls confirm that if it's a members-thing that i'm on
the mailing list :-)
